Current Job Opportunities:

Responsibilities

    • Track and manage product revenue and profitability
    • To develop new products and services that are competitive and in line with the market
    • Develop and justify the business case for any new products to be launched
    • Develop the pricing and its associated empowerment framework for the relevant products
    • Creation of processes and policies
    • Work together with the different stakeholders such as Ops, Sales etc to ensure smooth and fast creation of new products and services
    • Create documentation of the processes, policies, pricing, product features and offerings. Maintain and update the documentation (e.g. service catalogue) in a centralized database.
    • Stay up to date with current trends, market, industry and technologies
    • Establish regional and local partnership networks to complete product offering
    • Conduct Product updates and enablement for internal staff on a periodic basis
    • Managing a product through its entire product management lifecycle
    • Products covered include network Layer 1 to Layer 3 connectivity services 

Requirements

    • A minimum of 3 years of product management or presales
    • Experience in creating product roadmaps and launching new products
    • Prior telco experience would be preferred
    • Strong knowledge in network and its latest trends is a must (e.g. SDN, NFV)
    • Exceptional and persuasive communicator
    • Strong command of written and spoken English
    • Excellent time management skills
    • An understanding of the competitors within the market
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of product strategies

Responsibilities

    • To ensure facilities contractor, managing agent and vendors carry out PPM as scheduled
    • Attend to internal and external customers’ requests and issuance of work orders
    • To ensure best practices are carry out for all critical facilities by managing agent
    • To coordinate with facilities contractor and vendors for any alarm or breakdown
    • To assist in project coordination, planning and implementation with internal team and external contractors
    • To assist Facility Manager in incident reports, RCA or work improvement plan
    • To draft and/or review submitted documents like Drawings, SOP, MOP, EOP, PTW, RA, MoS
    • To assist facility manager to ensure Data Centre operations meet energy & water efficiency criteria in compliance to Greenmark, ISO50001, SS564 certifications.
    • To be on 24x7 standby for any facilities related emergency calls and report to work, if required
    • Able to work on weekend or Public Holiday, if required
    • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

    • Min 5 years experienced in data centre operations and knowledge of operating procedures is a must
    • Must be able to work, perform and think under stress
    • Good knowledge of M&E equipment with the ability to read & understand M&E drawings
    • Must possess at least a Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
