Current Job Opportunities:


    • Lead a team of account managers and formulate sales strategy to grow Telin’s business in Data Centre
    • Hunt for new business opportunities to bring in new sales verticals
    • Work with and involve key management personnel for sales planning to achieve sales target
    • Work with strategic partners and widen sales reach
    • Align resources such as pre-sales, sales support, product management team, engineering to best support sales effort.
    • Prepare and participate in RFPs/BIDs
    • Provide regular updates to management of on all sales matters – pipelines, revenue achievements and BID status.
    • Participate in overseas trade shows to generate leads 


    • At least 10 years sales experience in Telco, Data Centre or ICT space with a degree from any discipline
    • Knowledge of Data Centres and related networking technologies such as SDN, Carrier Ethernet, IPLS, Internet Protocol.
    • Proven sales record in leading a team, formulating sales strategy successfully.
    • Good regional network with ability to bring in sales pipe to achieve sales target
    • Able to travel overseas when required.

    • Collaborate with Sales to engage customers at the pre-sales stage to understand and establish the technical requirements
    • Provide pre-sales support in the design and development of technical solution and pricing to meet customer requirements
    • Design sales support processes for customized solutions including if delivery should be managed by internal operations team or third party vendor
    • Source for suppliers, third party providers and negotiate pricing to ensure cost competitiveness to the customer
    • Design service upgrade solutions for existing business
    • Manage third party suppliers and vendors for new and existing businesses
    • Respond to RFP and commercial documents.  Analyze, summarize customer requirements and prepare proposal on technical solutions and pricing


    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, Electronics & Electrical Engineering
    • Certification: BCP, PMP, ITIL, CDCP, CCNA, CDCS (Preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Data Centre and/or telecommunication industry in pre-sales or technical consulting

    • Monitor internal/external Networks, Services and Systems

    • Provide Technical Support through phone, tickets and onsite channels

    • Support Change Requests and Maintenance/Recovery Activities

    • Perform Fault and Incident Management and Recovery 

    • Generate Incident, Performance and Capacity reports

    • Participate in Certification/Audit Compliance and Process Enhancement Activities

    • Create Process and Support Documentation

    • Manage Vendors

    •  At least a Diploma in Information Technology or any related Engineering fields.

    • Certifications relevant to job nature would be an advantage.

    • 3 years working experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

    • Strong Interpersonal and Communications Skills, both verbal and written (English).

    • Travel across data centers located in Singapore.

Changi - 12 hrs Shift Work Required

    • This position is responsibility for the overall security and fire safety requirement of Telin Data Centres in Jurong and Changi.
    • Manage and supervise security staff and security term contractor and ensure that they are sufficiently trained with all the security policies and procedures.
    • Plan, execute, control and review of the security operations. 
    • Responsible for security operation programs to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers and others
    • Maintain, monitor and manage access control systems to ensure security is not compromised at all times
    • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, budget planning of all security systems including CCTV, alarm and patrol stations, etc. 
    • Ensure compliance with safety, security and fire-safety measures of the data centre.
    • Conduct and review safety audits, security audits and risk assessments
    • Planning and implementation of building maintenance/security programmes
    • Liaise with relevant parties including government boards, cross divisions on matters relating to management and security of the building
    • Educate staffs and create security awareness. 
    • Conduct safety/security induction courses and internal safety/security training



    • Diploma or Degree holder with PLRD license or WSQ Security Supervisor License will be an advantage 
    • At least 5 years of experience in security uniformed establishment, performing at least 2 years of supervisory role;
    • Strong leadership capabilities with good knowledge in security operation, planning, investigation and equipment
    • Knowledge and experience with fire protection system and security control room
    • Certified Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
    • First Aid & AED accreditation required.
